Areias
350 g farinha
250 g de manteiga
100 g açúcar
Esfarelar tudo com as mãos e amassar até formar uma bola. (se necessário, acrescentar um pouco de água)
Envolver em filme e reservar 20 minutos no frigorífico.
Formar bolinhas, espalmar com o garfo e colocar em tabuleiro forrado com papel manteiga. Levar a forno pré-aquecido a 160º, durante 10-15 minutos (ou até dourar).
Ainda quentes, passar por uma mistura de canela e açúcar.
Arrefecer em grade e guardar, ou comer de imediato! :D

100 g sugar
Crumble all ingredients with your hands and knead until it forms a ball (If necessary, add a little bit of water).
Wrap in film and keep it for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Form small balls, flatten with a fork and place on baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bring to a preheated oven at 160 º for 10-15 minutes (or until they stay golden brown).
Still hot, pass through a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Cool them in the grid and store, or eat immediately! : D
